In submitting this application, I acknowledge that if accepted, I will be on a 3 month probationary period. During this time I cannot apply for accreditation.

I agree to abide by the AVPA Professional Code of Conduct, Constitution & By-Laws of the Association. These documents can be viewed at the AVPA website.

Student Membership Qualification

Any student enrolled in a video production course at a recognised institution. This membership is offered as an encouragement to Full Time Students enrolled in a video production course at a recognised Institution and who do not earn any income from video production. To assist us in verifying your student status, we will require a copy of your student card to be emailed or posted to us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pro-rata schedule

New members who join ON or AFTER October are eligible for a pro-rata discounted rate. Please ensure that you select the Pro-Rata schedule if applicable and enter Discount code
